Booking Conditions For All Cruise Australia Holidays

Individual brochures on each Operators’ cruises are available - they contain important booking conditions relevant to each individual operator of which you should be aware.

Please read these conditions in conjunction with the Important Notes section on the current price insert. The individual operators represented all have their own booking and payment conditions which must be adhered to.

Supply of Travel

When we make bookings with the suppliers of travel, entertainment and accommodation facilities or services (“the suppliers”) we are acting as a booking agent for the Suppliers.

All travel and services are supplied directly to you by the Suppliers. We have no control over the facilities or services themselves, or the manner in which they are provided by the Suppliers. Therefore you should be aware of the following conditions:

• We will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind which may arise from your use or consumption of, or inability to use or consume those facilities or services.
• The provision of those facilities or services is subject to the terms and conditions of your contract with each supplier.
• All facilities or services described by us are subject to availability from the Supplier.

Non-use of Services or Facilities

If, of your own choice, you decide not to use part or parts of the arranged services or facilities, you will not be entitled to a refund from us (provided we have carried out our service with reasonable skill and care and to your requirements) and you may not be entitled to a refund from any supplier.

Hotel Accommodation

Prices for hotels for pre and post cruise accommodation are available on request. Once a hotel reservation has been made, any amendments to that reservation will incur an amendment fee of AU$10.00 per amendment. Cancellation fees apply and differ between hotels.

Cruise Fare Does Not Include

Fares do not include international airfares, domestic airfares within Australia (except where indicated), airport/departure taxes, pre/post cruise accommodation, all personal expenses such as gratuities, drinks, gift shop purchases, shore excursions, travel insurance and all items not specifically stated as being included.

Cancellation

If you wish or circumstances require you to amend or cancel your booking for any reason you should advise us in writing through your travel agent immediately. All cruise holidays in this brochure will be subject to cancellation fees. Please check the individual operators cancellation conditions.

Insurance

Passengers are advised to take out adequate travel insurance including medical and cancellation insurance. (Your travel agent can offer advice on all forms of travel insurance).

Change of Itineraries

All operators reserve the right to cancel or substitute any scheduled port of call at any time, or for any reason (without prior notice) and shall not be liable for any loss to passengers by reason of such cancellation or substitution.

Please note that the contents of this brochure are based on information supplied to us by the Suppliers. We do not have, and cannot be reasonably expected to have, personal knowledge about all of the facilities or services provided by each Supplier.

Facilities or services may change after the date of printing. We endeavour to keep travel agents informed of any changes to information in this brochure which are brought to our attention. Prior to booking your ticket, you should ask your travel agent about any changes to the published information of which your agent may be aware.
